8. Account Deletion and Data Export

8.1 Deleting Your Account

Self-Service Deletion:

Log into your account
Go to Settings (top right corner)
Click “Delete My Account”
Type “DELETE” to confirm
Your account will be deleted. We remove your personal information and practice data, except information we must retain for legal, regulatory, security, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other permitted purposes.

8.2 Exporting Your Data

You can export your practice results and account data directly from your account using the “Download My Data” button in Settings. Your data will be provided in JSON format. Alternatively, you can email support@getlicenseready.com with the subject “Data Export Request.”

9. Children's Privacy

GetLicenseReady is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately at support@getlicenseready.com.

10. U.S.-Only Service

GetLicenseReady offers its services only to customers in the United States. We do not market or sell the service to customers in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
