8. Account Deletion and Data Export

8.1 Deleting Your Account

Self-Service Deletion:

Log into your account
Go to Settings (top right corner)
Click "Delete My Account"
Type "DELETE" to confirm
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted

Or Contact Support: Email us at support@getlicenseready.com and we'll delete your account within 7 business days.

Upon deletion, we will permanently remove your personal information and practice data within 30 days, except for data we're required to retain for legal, regulatory, or security purposes (such as payment records for tax compliance).

8.2 Exporting Your Data

You can export your practice results and account data directly from your account using the “Download My Data” button in Settings. Your data will be provided in JSON format. Alternatively, you can email support@getlicenseready.com with the subject “Data Export Request” and we will provide your data within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

GetLicenseReady is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately at support@getlicenseready.com.

10. International Users

GetLicenseReady is based in the United States and primarily serves U.S. users. If you access our service from outside the U.S., please be aware that:
